Bonners Ferry Events Penguin Plunge

TAKE THE PLUNGE For Special Olympics Idaho. The Penguin Plunge is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations and businesses to support Special Olympics Idaho athletes by gathering pledges and plunging into the icy cold Kootenai River!
