Gather Ingredients:

Salmon

Lemon

Onions

Rib Ticklers Turbo Sauce (Get your Turbo Sauce at Rib Ticklers Barbeque - $6 a bottle)

Put It Together:

Seal your salmon with foil in a dome formation, be careful as to not squish the salmon. The goal is to create some steam inside the dome to lock in moisture. Heat in oven low at 200 degrees for an hour and a half to 2 hours depending on thickness of the salmon. Bake with Turbo Sauce, sliced onions and lemon.

Garnish with Turbo sauce. Add cilantro, lemons and peppers if desired. Stop into Rib Ticklers for your sides of cornbread, beans and coleslaw.

The heat of the Turbo spice dissipates but the flavor remains.
