Edmonds Living Local
We Create Community, We Connect People, We Build Trust! By Patty Hutchens.
We are thrilled to introduce to the community this first issue of Edmonds Living Local. Each month we will bring to you the latest about the great things that are happening right here in our community! As you read through this first issue, you will get a glimpse of the diverse, informative and uplifting stories you will be treated to each month. From recognizing our young athletes at area schools, to celebrating the Good News that our friends, neighbors and colleagues are making happen in our community, to advice for a healthy lifestyle - we have it all!
We take pride in connecting the community and providing residents and businesses with a place to share their news, events and success stories. Our Business Spotlights provide our readers with an in-depth look at the people and stories behind the places we visit each day. In the Life & Community section, you will find information on high school athletes and other community oriented projects and events. Want to know what there is to do on any given day? Check out our calendar of events!
We are thrilled to have on our staff Kristi Jackson, the Marketing Executive for Edmonds Living Local. Kristi has worked in the field of marketing and sales for four years and is passionate about what she does. One meeting with Kristi and you will quickly see her talent for assisting business owners with their marketing plan and being an integral part of their success. She harbors a passion for customer service and it comes through in her work.
Kristi and her family, which includes one sister and three brothers, all live in Washington State. Kristi, along with her boyfriend Josh, enjoy being outside, traveling, cooking, and taking in as many Seattle Seahawks’ games as possible. Kristi has recently taken up golf and racquetball, and admits she is always willing to try new things. In her spare time, Kristi also enjoys donating her time to Homeless in Seattle, a non-profit organization which helps raise awareness of homelessness and its effects.
Since starting with Edmonds Living Local, Kristi has enjoyed meeting and working with the community and its business owners. If you have not met her yet, you are sure to soon, as Kristi spends her days out in the community eager to learn more about the organizations and businesses that make this a truly wonderful place to live.
