Hot Chipotle Chicken Dip

Description: An addicting hearty and easy dip- perfect for football!
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded leftover rotisserie chicken
1/4 cup OPADIPITY by Litehouse™ Chipotle Ranch
1/4 chipotle or other salsa
4 oz. Cream Cheese
2 Tb. Diced green chiles
1/4 tsp cumin
2/3 cup Shredded Taco cheese
2 Tb. Litehouse Instantly Fresh™ Chives
1/8 cup milk or half and half
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and heat.
Oven: heat in oven proof dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until bubbling.
Microwave: Heat on high power for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes until hot. ( microwave powers vary)

Not only that, they are easy to make ahead of time so you are able to focus on more important things before your guests arrive, namely the several hour long pre game show!
