Edmonds is hosting its 3rd annual Scarecrow Festival. A celebration of family friendly, handmade scarecrows exhibited throughout Edmonds and south Snohomish County. A public vote will be held online between October 23 through November 6 which will determine the best scarecrows in six categories based upon location. Vote online at scf.historicedmonds.org.
