As one of the first successful all-female rap groups, Salt-N-Pepa hit the New York music scene in 1985. Throughout their career, Salt-N-Pepa had a long string of hits in the late 80s and early 90s, including the iconic “Push It.” The group officially disbanded in 2002, but got back together in 2007 and has been touring off and on since then.
