Macadamia Nut Pesto

Serves 4
1 large bunch Basil
1 C. olive oil
3/4 C. unsalted Macadamia Nuts
4 cloves garlic
3/4 tsp. salt
Juice from 1 lemon
fresh ground pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until completely blended.
Top your favorite pasta or use as a spread with bread or vegetables.
This pesto also freezes well for up to 3 months.
